Refund Policy

Before purchasing, please confirm the products and services you need to purchase.

After your successful purchase, customer service will directly complete the delivery of the product for you or send the redemption code to your email to complete the delivery by yourself, product and service delivery is successful.

If you are not satisfied with the use of the product, you can be fully refunded under the conditions recognized by our company.

Refunds need to describe a valid reason, for example:

I no longer wanted the order before it was shipped;

Failure to complete shipment within the specified time after purchase;

Duplicate payments caused by the payment platform;

How to Refund

1. For unshipped orders, we will refund you in the following ways:

If you used a Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit card, we will credit the refund to your original payment card;

If you used PayPal Wallet, the refund will usually be credited to your original payment card and in some cases to your PayPal balance;

If you used a different payment method, please contact us via email about refunds.

PS: Please note that refunds credited to your Visa card may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

2. Refunds are available for shipped orders that are returned with quality issues.

1. Can I cancel my order?

If your situation meets one of the above conditions for a full refund, the order may be canceled.

2. How long does it take to cancel my order?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, but the actual refund time depends on your payment method. Due to holidays, refunds may take longer than expected, but no longer than 30 days. If you have not received your refund 30 days after it was approved, please contact us to check the status of your refund.

3. Why haven't I received my refund after a few days?

If you have not received your refund after we have approved it, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

A. Holiday reasons

The refund process may take up to about 30 days due to other reasons such as holidays, vacations, banking matters, etc.

B. Reason for refund request

If you choose to make a refund request, your payment provider will freeze the funds until the request is decided. Please contact your bank or other relevant organization for the policy on how the refund process is handled.
